Account data: email address and hashed password when you register.
Usage data: pages visited, search queries and products viewed (anonymised where possible).
Alert & favourites data: products you save and price targets you set.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and device information for security and performance.

How we use your data

To provide the price comparison service and maintain your account.
To send price-drop alert emails you have requested.
To improve our service, fix bugs and analyse usage patterns.
To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.

Legal basis (UK GDPR)

We process your data based on: (a) contract — to provide the service you signed up for; (b) legitimate interest — to improve and secure our platform; (c) consent — for optional marketing communications, where applicable.
